Plastic and nylon connectors for joining multiple wires with a single connection. These connectors closely or exactly match original equipment manufacturer specifications and are used throughout the vintage motorcycle and automotive industries.
Please note that all of these kits are pre-packaged items. We do not offer component substitutions in any kit. Piece parts are listed in other sections of the web site, to allow creation of your own unique connection kit. CRITICAL NOTE: The kits that are listed below and the crimp terminals that they're based on are designed for installation with an open-barrel crimping tool! Neither crimping them with needle-nose pliers and/or soldering them are acceptable alternatives to a proper installation. Those jury-rigged types of incorrect installations will void the manutacturer's warranty for the terminals, from the time the terminals are initially installed. You need to either already possess an open barrel crimping tool of your own, borrow one, or buy one (either here or elsewhere). If you're not going to properly install these OEM-style terminals, then YOU ARE WASTING YOUR MONEY BY BUYING THEM! Any cheap poor-quality junk electrical terminals will do just fine, if you're going to do a sloppy amateurish installation of them.
NOTE: This is soft, high-gloss PVC sleeving that is identical in color, surface finish, inner diameter, and wall thickness to the vinyl sleeving that was used originally by the factory. It is NOT heat shrink tubing. All sizes of our sleeving are sold in continuous lengths, up to a maximum continuous length of 20 feet. If you enter a quantity of "6" (feet) in the shopping cart, you get six continuous feet, not six pieces that are each one-foot long. If you enter "40" (feet), you get two 20-foot lengths.Continuous lengths of greater than 20 feet are simply too unwieldy for packing/shipping purposes.
High quality brass and tinned brass terminals. Most of these terminals are useful for joining single wires, but we also include additional terminals for fitment in our range of connectors.
Hand tools for the discerning enthusiast
You're buying high quality connectors and terminals, why use substandard wires? Our automotive grade primary wire is made from pure copper (no cheap copper-clad aluminum, here) and manufactured in the USA. It's temperature rated to 257°F (125°C) and is rated for use in engine compartments by the SAE (specification J-1128). Don't see the color or thickness you need? Email us at email@example.com and we can probably get it for you! Please note: All wires are sold in pre-cut lengths. If you order two quantities of the 10 foot wire, you will not receive 20 continuous feet, you will receive two sections of 10 continuous feet. If you need continuous lengths in excess of the values we currently offer, please email us and let us know.
